Out of Stock Policy

We hold limited runs of each frame. When a pair sells through, the listing moves to sold out rather than disappearing — so you can still see it and ask about a restock.

Why a pair goes out of stock

Our stock is confirmed with the factory before it is listed. Production runs are finite, and popular colourways in particular move quickly.

Restocks

Restocking depends on whether that acetate, lens coating and hinge hardware are still in production. Some frames return within a few weeks; others are a single run and will not come back.

If your order is affected

If a pair becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you within one business day and offer either an alternative frame or a full refund. We will not substitute a different model without asking you first.
